These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of OmniDesk at omnidesk.click. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

OmniDesk is a cloud-based shared inbox and help desk that lets teams connect email accounts, manage tickets, and collaborate on customer support. The service is currently offered free of charge; we may introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate registration information and verify your email.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account activity.
• You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to act for your organization.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free workspace used to circumvent limits.

You agree not to:

• Use OmniDesk for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages through the platform
• Attempt to access other organizations' data or bypass security controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service without permission
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights

You retain ownership of emails, tickets, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process customer data through OmniDesk.

You are responsible for configuring IMAP/SMTP credentials and complying with your email provider's terms. We are not liable for delivery failures, sync delays, or actions taken by third-party mail providers.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur. Features may change as the product evolves.

You may stop using OmniDesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where OmniDesk operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
