- Provide, maintain, and improve OmniDesk
- Authenticate users and send verification or security emails
- Sync and deliver email through your configured IMAP/SMTP settings

Email & inbox data
When you connect an inbox, we access email on your behalf via the credentials you provide. Message content is stored to power ticketing, search, and replies. Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your email content or customer data.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only with service providers that help us host infrastructure (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
Data retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your organization and associated data by contacting us. Some logs may be retained briefly for security and legal compliance.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption for sensitive credentials, access controls, and organization-scoped data isolation. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
